Air Fried Sooji Matar Kachoris

On this day, after some basic worshipping rituals, all the friends and family gather together and play with dry or wet HOLI colors. They paint each other’s faces with colors spreading the joy of togetherness and love. After an hour or two of color play, people devour the several delicacies prepared during HOLI.
Some of them include Chaat, Kanji Vada ,dry snacks and a special drink called Thandai.

This year my new year resolution is to maintain my health by eating the right food, in a right manner and exercising. Air fryer is an excellent way to reduce a massive amount of fat and calories without sacrificing on taste. Because air fryers use air to cook food, it does not require the extra calories that submerging food in oil can add.
