A Delicious and healthy one pot meal, cooked in Instant Pot that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Put the instant pot on saute mode. Once the pan is hot, add ghee or oil.
Add cumin seeds, heeng and chopped onions. Saute for 2 minutes and then add the rest of the vegetables.
saute them for a minute and then add mung dal and oats, Mix well.
Add water and all the spices. Mix well and then close the lid.
Put the instant pot on Manual, high pressure for 5 minutes
Once the cooking is done, open the lid, and add a few drops of lemon. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with curd, chutney, and papad.
