Vegan Mango Coconut Blueberry Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 1/2 Cup Blue berries
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut milk
  • 2-3 tsp Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and then cut them into chunks.

  2. In a blender, blend together mangoes, coconut milk, and sugar.

  3. place few blueberries in a popsicle mold and then pour in the mango puree.

  4. Close the molds and then keep them in the freezer for 4-5 hours.

  5. After 4-5 hours, keep the molds under warm running water for 5 minutes or until the popsicles become loose.

  6. Take the popsicles out and serve chilled to your loved ones.
