Chicken Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Boiled Noodles
  • 1 Cup Boiled and Shredded Chicken
  • 3 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Thinly sliced colored Bell peppers
  • 2 Sticks sliced celerly
  • 2 stalks spring onion greens
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 6 tsp oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil in a Wok or Iron Kadhai, and once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic

  2. Now add Boiled and Shredded chicken and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

  3. Add bell peppers, celery and saute for 1 minutes

  4. Add the noodles, spring onions, sauces and salt and black pepper

  5. Give everything a toss together on high flame, sprinkle red chili flakes and garnish with more spring onion greens and serve hot.

Recipe Notes

This recipe is really a time saver if you plan ahead. Boil the noodles before and boil the chicken as well.

You can add more vegetables to this recipe, like broccoli, mushrooms, carrots.

If you like spicier, add chili garlic sauce to the noodles.

Add salt in the last after doing a taste check.
