Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley Leaves
  • 3 Pitted Dates
  • 1 Cup Coconut MIlk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 small cucumber diced
  • 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions


  1. Soak the Chia seeds in water for 5 minutes.

  2. In a Blender, grind together all the other ingredients.

  3. Add chia seeds on top and enjoy.
