MANGO BERRY MARBLE SMOOTHIE

I like my smoothies thick, so I don’t add a lot of liquid, just yogurt or some fruit juice to help it blend.I also don’t use extra sugar so my smoothies are always healthy and perfect for weightwatchers. In this smoothie I made two smoothie separately.

MANGO BERRY MARBLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
Chopped ripe mangoes- 2
Blackberries-1 cup
Low fat curd or yogurt-1 cup
Honey-1 tbsp.
water for thinning the smoothie

METHOD
1. In a blender add berries, half of the yogurt, half honey and water. Add little water and blend to make a fine smoothie.
2.Take this out of the blender and keep aside.
3.Now add mangoes, yogurt, honey and water. Blend this to make a smoothie and keep aside.
4. For serving pour 1 tbsp.of mango smoothie in the glass, then 1 tbsp. of berry smoothie over it. then again mango smoothie and again berry smoothie. Repeat till the glass is filled.
5. Lastly stir once or twice in clock wise direction with the back of spoon or any long object to give marble effect. Serve chilled and enjoy.
