Yes, Researches have found that eating eggs for breakfast helps limit your calorie intake all day, by more than 400 calories. That means you could lose three pounds or more per month. Eggs are loaded with Iron and many essential minerals needed for our body. Women need plenty of iron due to menstruation, and not getting enough could leave you feeling tired, run down and grumpy .
I love eggs any time, any form I just adore them. My family also is fond of eggs and I love to cook different versions of eggs. I came across this version of eggs recently, egg muffins. I baked them today and they turned out simply awesome. The soft, juicy and spongy texture of the egg white muffins has definitely motivated me to make them more often. It is also a great way to feed vegetables to kids as the muffin shapes make them attractive for kids.

we all know that we should not give advice to others but still we give. Looks likes everyone in this world is already so much full of knowledge, very few people take it and then actually rarely follow it. Well I’m again talking philosophy but then I have this place where I can express myself with freedom. What ever experiences I have learnt in my life, this one is the best. Never advice to someone who you know has a habit of considering him/her self right. Anyways, another experience is if you want people to take interest in your blog talk less and work more…LOL !!!

Here is the recipe
EGG WHITE OMLETTE MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

Egg whites – 6 eggs
Egg yolks- 2
Chopped vegetables of your choice- 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper ( according to taste)
Olive oil – 1tsp

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven at 375 degree F or 170 degree C.
  • In a large bowl mix the egg whites, salt and pepper.

  • Grease the muffin cups with little olive oil Or you can use paper muffin cups too.

  • Put some vegetables in each cup and then pour the egg batter into each muffin cups,leaving some space in the cups for the egg batter to rise.Pour some oil drops in each muffin.

  • Place the muffins in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes( more or less depending on each oven. you can do a toothpick test to check whether they are done or not.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce or serve on a toast and enjoy!

NOTES
You can use the remaining yellow portions to make egg yellow muffins using the same way.
