I can’t believe that an year has completed when I met the founder of this amazing idea called DIABETIC FRIENDLY THURSDAYS.We all know her, she needs no introduction..A very humble, Kind and super talented person Sonal Gupta. I met her through her closed Facebook group and at the very first interaction I felt so much positivism from her. I had just started my Blog then and her entry into my blogging was like finding the right mentor. A person who always guides and helps me . When she introduced the concept of Diabetic friendly Thursdays , I was tempted to join the group because of the noble cause it was spreading everywhere.

Her idea  was to create awareness about this Disease and to develop recipes that would help the people suffering from diabetes.

Her Blog Simplyvegetarian777 is all about healthy and delicious vegetarian recipes. When you visit her blog you will be mesmerized by the creativity you will see there. Her blog is full of gorgeous clicks with recipes explained distinctly. It is a pleasure for me always to visit her blog as it takes me to my roots. Her recipes are always worth trying.

Here are my few best Diabetic Friendly recipes that I have contributed so far. Also while reading this post you will get to know about fellow DFT bloggers whose companionship has helped me to learn in this entire year.
