Dakhni Mirch and Atta Ladoo are so nutritious and healthy specially for growing kids. When I was a Kid, It was a regular practice at home to eat one Ladoo everyday. My mother makes awesome Ladoos and she made sure that me and my sister eat this Ladoo everyday. Not Only Ladoos , she made sure that we eat a balanced and healthy diet, full of green vegetables, Lentils, Yogurt and Chappati everyday. The habit she cultivated in me, that is what provokes me to cook three fresh meals for my family everyday. I want my kids to eat and develop same healthy eating habits.I made these Ladoos few days ago on the occasion of Krishna Jamnashtmi.

Dakhni mirch and Black Pepper Ladoos are also given to Pregnant ladies in our family. Since they are so rich in nutrition, they are very beneficial to both mother and baby. I agree that these Ladoos have Ghee( clarified Butter) in them, but some amount of fat is also essential for our body. One Ladoo Is the recommended Potion if You are not diabetic and are keeping a good regime of exercise and diet.
