Brussels Sprouts are rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K and they taste so good. Today, When I went to grocery store my 9 year old boy told me that how his teacher discussed the benefits of eating greens regularly and how he has now finally decided to eat greens without making any faces. He pointed towards these cute baby cabbages and asked me to buy them. I had never cooked Brussels as we don’t get them in India. After moving to USA I saw them the first time but had never tried them.
I went through some blogs and cooking websites on internet to find some good recipe and finally mixed and matched some recipes to make my style of Indian Brussels sprouts. Here is the recipe

  • Add the Brussels sprouts and cover it for 20 minutes on mid flame. Stir in between to check if they are cooked or not. Don’t over cook them as they don’t taste so good and loose nutrition. Serve hot with Roti or parantha.
